Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Tahini


  • 3medium sweet potatoes
  • 2cubes of Dorot Gardens Garlic
  • 1tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2tsp. cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4Mighty Sesame Tahini, plus more for serving
  • salt and pepper


Pre-heat your oven to 400F

Wash and clean sweet potatoes and poke them with a fork throughout. Roast them for 50-60 minutes until soft and tender, Mlipping halfway through the cooking.

Allow to cool for 15-20minutes before peeling and placing in a medium bowl. Microwave garlic cubes with olive oil for 1 minute and add to the sweet potatoes with cinnamon and Mighty Sesame Tahini. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with more tahini and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
